I am so thankful for The Dog Spot! I knew it was a gem from the moment I called to inquire about the boarding services for my lab pup, Ringo. I spoke with your staff member, Jessica who was friendly and informative. She even suggested I bring Ringo in for FREE Mondays in May to “try out” the services. I was so impressed with your facility and staff. The Dog Spot is what every dog owner wants and every dog needs; a clean, safe, fun place to play and a comfy, cozy place to rest. Additionally, it is convenient and affordable.
Ringo loves going to The Dog Spot. His tail starts wagging the moment we pull into the parking lot. He gets lots of exercise and has fun playing with all his friends. In fact, he is absolutely wiped out after a day of fun with you! It is so comforting having a place where we know Ringo is safe and well cared for.
I rave about your service and staff to all the dog owners I know! Thank you!

Thank you! We are so glad that The Dog Spot is here. Indy drags us through the door. He loves The Dog Spot and so de we! The staff is warm and caring and we know that we are leaving our best friend in a clean and safe environment. Indy is so happily exhausted when he gets home. He is a 10 month old bundle of energy and we thank you for being so kind to him.

I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Stella. When we got home yesterday, she was just exhausted and I actually got a full night sleep! Stella is my best friend and I would not trust her with just anyone.

I just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of Vinnie and Autumn while we were out of town. I was nervous since they haven't been boarded in the seven years we've had them, but after touring the facility and meeting a few people there I felt like it was the right place to start. They came home happy and healthy, looking like they were the ones who had been away on vacation.

Thanks for all you do to help make Laci a happy dog. It is nice knowing she has a safe place to be with other dogs and people instead of being home alone during a long day. The Dog Spot really eases my mind knowing Laci is in a place she can play and socialize all day long.

Thank you so much for taking care of Jade while we were on vacation. She cried at the back window the whole way home. Everytime we put on our coats to leave she gets excited thinking she is going back. I can't wait to bring her back for her Doggy Day Care. Sugar and Hooch LOVED their time at The Dog Spot last week! It is so great to go out of town and know that they are well taken care of. Well, it's Saturday, and we're all doing home and hearth today. I'm very happy about it. Diesel and Capone are sitting at the foot of my son's bed waiting to be taken to The Dog Spot. On the rare Saturday I did have to work, The Dog Spot was AWESOME, picking up my dogs in the doggie taxi and then bringing them home...I LOVE YOU!!!!

I agree with Zach. I send my dogs Diesel and Capone to The Dog Spot for daycare. My two doggies LOVE this place. In the mornings they will go to my son's bedroom and bark at the foot of his bed until he wakes up and takes them.
Diesel and Capone EAGERLY get out of the car to play with their friends.
The staff at The Dog Spot is absolutely awesome. I am totally satisfied with them and yes, they do love your dog as much as you do.
Diesel (my tiny shit zu) walked under one of the bigger dogs and the bigger dog "pooped" on Diesel. The Dog Spot took Diesel to their groomer and Diesel was shampooed, brushed and fluffed when he came home.
The Dog Spot has never been anything but good, kind and very professional with my doggies.
I can't comment about The Dog Spot's boarding because I have never needed to board my dogs. But, for Doggie Day Care, I LOVE THESE GUYS and so do my dogs.
In closing, doggies pick up energy, both positive and negative. If my doggies were not happy at The Dog Spot, THEY would tell me. My dogs WANT to go to The Dog Spot.

The reason I am writing is because I want to congratulate you on your wonderful business your are running. My family and I are still going to your gorgeous kennel with the little shop and toys for the dogs. The only reason that we still go to your kennel is because of your care for the dogs and welcoming from your staff every time we enter into your day-care for the dogs.
When we arrive to your day-care, we were first appaled about how old and worn down it was. Once we entered through the French door, it looked like the inside of a family room but with dog beds, a little shop for teh dogs with leashes and collars and toys that they could pick out for their selves. These dogs would be treated like humans and be spoiled like them too! The person from the front desk said cheerily, "Welcome to the Dog Spot, how may I help you?" We walked up and the young hostess asked us if our dog needed any medications or if he/she needed special food so they don't have an unhappy little customer. We asked her if the dogs are ever going to have fun playing around outside since we had seen a side yard with little Fisher-Price playgrounds. She said that that was the dog's playground. The dogs that would be staying would be in a well-kept basement that had a TV, some dog beds, and toys. I thought to myself, this kennel was going to be perfect for our dog; so we decided to stay.
I want to congratulate you on your achievement so far in this kennel. My dog is absolutely going to come back to meet new dogs and become more of a social dog instead of being afraid all the time of our friends, neighbors, and the neighbors' pets. Thank you so much for your time to read this letter. And I hope that we see you soon within these next couple of months!

Our family LOVES the Dog Spot !!! We have been taking our Lab there for the last two & a half years. She loves it & comes home completely exhausted (which we love). I have recommended this doggy day care to many of my friends & neighbors & have never once heard a complaint.
We have boarded her & had her groomed there again with nothing but great experiences. The staff has gone above & beyond several times for us. On a few occasions that I was late or had a sleeping baby in the car, they have been understanding & accommodating to the point where they have brought our dog to the car. I would highly recommend the Dog Spot to anyone that wants a fun, playful place for their dog that is safe & very trustworthy.

My husband and I have a wonderful, energetic 7 month old lab. Abby has been to the Dog Spot for obedience school, daycare (if we both have to be gone for too long during the day) and boarding. The staff never fails to greet Abby by name - she gets excited when we pull into the lot and nearly drags me through the door. Our spoiled girl loves her friends here - and always comes home happy and ready to rest from playing with her "buddies." Contrary to the other reviews, I find the staff there to be engaged, knowledgeable and eager to help. I've accessed the webcams and have seen happy dogs playing with the folks who are watching them. (Just having the ability to peek in on Abs while she's away is great!) I reccommend the Dog Spot to anyone who has a dog and a life, they give you the ability to do it all. I can't imagine what we would do without them to help out - and the training classes are GREAT!!!

Dear Dog Spot,
Thank you very much for taking care of Buddy the Beagle while we were away on vacation. We were not sure how Buddy would react to being with all the dogs every day. Usually at home Buddy likes to spend most of his time on his favorite blue chair.
After two weeks, Buddy cam home a little trimmer, exhausted, a little hoarse from barking too much, and a more alert dog, especially his sense of smell. After a short recovery period, Buddy has regained all his energy to a point of being like a puppy agian. He is still working on getting his bark back. Now when we take our walks, Buddy is nose down, gathering every scent possible. It is a wonderful thing to watch a scent hound at work.
Thanks again for all that the Dog Spot team did for Buddy during his stay. If we need to go on another vacation, we know exactly where Buddy will be vacationing.
